Our first development began back in 2018 when driving pass an old peach orchard for sale an opportunity & a dream arose. A subdivision and a piece of land to build the perfect home! A site plan was drawn up and presented. Sure enough after several months of hard work and dedication, the subdivision transformed into exactly what was planned. Before the project even had a name, our engineer labeled the project as “Casey & Kelsey’s Haven”. The name stuck and “The Haven” began. We later adopted it again and created our business: Haven Homes & Development. This is it, this is where it all emerged into what it is today!

Casey manages it all, he is the one who builds homes from the ground up and commits to a timeline to get all projects completed. He knows the ins and outs of construction, his experience is what gets the job done.

She incorporates layout designs and helps with the business process. She brings the details all together and plans out any excellent ideas for the next upcoming project!

Becca is our Interior Design & Selection Specialist. She ties in all elements of the home to make it beautiful & outstanding! Cabinetry, colors, textures, lighting, and so much more, she will handle it all. With so many options it can be intimidating to choose a sample, but Becca can assist in every way possible. She even helps us stage our completed homes!
